These terms apply when you use Arrivo, run by Arrivo (“we”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
Do not use your phone while driving and obey traffic laws. Routes, arrival times and other people’s locations are estimates and can be wrong or late. You are responsible for how you drive.
A Trip Pass lets you start one trip. It is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which charge and handle refunds under their own rules. If a trip you created never starts, the pass is kept on your account as a credit for your next trip. Passes and credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
For purchases from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
You can delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Arrivo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for accidents, delays or missed meetings. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
